Lakemont is currently doing a full renovation program throughout the property and converting the property from Student Housing to Market Rate Apartments. Originally built in 2003 as a student housing community offering 4 bedroom apartments for rent by the bed to students, Lakemont went through the process of getting the approvals to split the existing units to double the amount of units, and create a much more desirable floor plan for the market. The Lumen Apartments offer brand new 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with 24 hour access to our state of the art clubhouse, Fitness Center, Gameroom, and Pool.

Dwell Tenn Street Apartments:

Purchased Q2 2023

Dwell Tenn is a Student housing community located in Tallahassee Florida. Built in 2003, and currently vacant, Lakemont is investing over $10,000,000 to completely transform the property into a best in class community catering to the large and growing student population. The property will be available for the August 2024 semester. Property upgrades include a complete remodel of the interior, exterior, clubhouse, and expansive buildout of new amenities.
